Enrollment requirements and tuition fee

Enrollment period

The registration for all the courses offered by the Alborz Spanish Language Institute can be made in-person, by phone or through the social networks, once the interested person has received the required information and has chosen the most adequate course. The students can register until 24 hours before the starting day, once that the course has began or the first day of class no registration will be accepted. The institute will not reserve places for any of the courses and the priority will be given to those students that have been registered right after receiving the required information.

Payment of the courses

The payment may be done by card, in cash or money transfer to the account of the institute given to you by the colleagues at the Registrations Department.

  • The total cost of the tuition for the general courses is 9.000.000 rials (online) and 11.500.000 rials (in-person).
  • The total cost of the tuition for the extra-intensive and intensive courses is 16.000.000 rials (online) and 18.000.000 rials (in-person).
  • The cost for the private classes (1 h) is 2.800.000 rials per person.
  • The cost for the private classes (1 h 30”) is 3.600.000 rials per person.

The participation in our courses will be possible only when you have confirmed the registration and paid the corresponding fees. The institute will not reserve places for any of the courses and the priority will be given to those students that have been registered right after receiving the required information.

Other benefits

The students of the institute will benefit free of charge for the normal library services and other activities, such as seminars, webinars, talks or specific celebrations that will be announced by the social networks.

Also there will be discounts during special occasions of the year, such as the holy month of Ramada, Iranian New Year and other occasions considered by the institute.

Tuition refund

Once you have confirmed the registrations and it will not be possible for you to take part in the chosen course, the total amount of the fee will be refunded, as long as you inform us within five working days before the beginning of the course, otherwise the Alborz Spanish Language Institute will retain a 35% of the total amount. The tuition payment will not be regarded as definite until the first session takes place. In case that the foreseen amount of students is not reached, the center reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the course.

Once the course has begun, we will not be able to refund the tuition, so we ask you kindly to read carefully the enrollment requirements before registering. The paid fee can not be used for other courses, in case that the student does not participate in the previously chosen course.

In case that the chosen course does not start on the foreseen date, other courses will be suggested. If you do not agree, then the 100 % of the tuition will be refunded to you.

Once the course has begun, we will not be able to refund the tuition, so we ask you kindly to read carefully the enrollment requirements before registering. The paid fee can not be used for other courses, in case that the student does not participate in the previously chosen course.

Course change

The changes are only possible once the course is over, not before. In an exceptional case and after confirming the availability of space and teacher, and also the agreement of all the students, a change can be made before finishing the course.
